    What about returns? How do I return something, if necessary?

    Instructions for packaging an item for return are on the back side of the packing slip sent with your package. Fill out the form on this slip to ensure the fastest processing of your return. If the form has been misplaced, please write on a sheet of paper the buyer’s name, the Order Confirmation Number, and the reason for the return, and include it with the return.     How does the order process work?

    Simple. First, after seeing an item you would like to order, click the "Add to Bag" button. This places the jewelry in your shopping bag. Second, once you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. Third, enter your name, billing address, credit card number, and shipping address, as prompted. Once this has been done, you will be shown the total amount for your order, including shipping charges and sales tax (sales tax applies only to Ohio residents). If the information shown is correct, click the "Submit" button; If it is not correct, you can go back to previous pages and make corrections to your order. If you wish, you may also cancel your order. Clicking on "Submit Order" will cause a page to appear confirming your order and giving you an order number to use if you need to contact us. An Order Confirmation Number will also be e–mailed to you.

    What information will I receive about my order?

    You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice by e–mail usually on the same day we ship your order, which, for most items, is within 24 hours of order placement.     How do I return an item with a problem, like a damaged surface?

    If you have an item with defects or damages, inform us; let us know what item is affected, what the damage or defect is, and whether you would like a replacement. We will work out the details at that point.

    Malouf Jewelers has credit and exchange plans in place. Gift returns are handled differently than returns made by the purchaser of the item. If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, contact us so that we can make arrangements for a return and refund when applicable.

    What if I don’t get my order or a shipping confirmation in the standard time frame?

    Perhaps your order didn’t get processed correctly. If you didn’t get an Order Confirmation Number, your order was not processed correctly. If you did get an Order Confirmation Number, please contact us with your Order Confirmation Number for order reprocessing. If there was a typographical error in your e–mail address, you would not have received your Order Confirmation Number. If this is possible, please specify this in your communication with us.
